Kelly
Dubose, well-known and well-loved Montgomery dance teacher
was found dead at his home last Friday, May 30.
DuBose, Kelly Dewitt, 56, a
resident of Montgomery died Friday, May 30, 2008 from complications
of Type 1 Diabetes. He taught Ballroom dance in Montgomery and
surrounding areas for many years and was an avid Alabama football
fan.
Survivors include his brother
Mike DuBose, his two German shepherd’s, Simba and Tango, that he
loved very much and many close friends. He is preceded in death by
his mother Mary Alice DuBose, grandmother Bayless Collins and his
brother Pat DuBose.
Memorials may be made to Camp Seale Harris, S.D.E.S., 500 Chase Park
South Suite 104, Hoover, Al 35244.
Visitation was on Tuesday, June 3, from 12:30-2:00 at Leak-Memory
Chapel, 945 Lincoln Rd., Montgomery. The funeral was at 2:00. The
entire Montgomery dance community attended to pay him their last
respects.
