Learn to Lindy Hop MONDAY NIGHT!

Come to Just Gotta Swing Monday night for Lindy Hop lessons and social swing dancing.

This Month Jered Faires & Lauren Nicholson bring you a new cycle of Charleston. Learn the dance that was a foundation for Lindy Hop.

This course is ideal for both the beginner and experienced dancers who'd like to improve their movement & technique. This class will focus on fun moves and fundamental technique for Lindy Hop

Lindy Hop Swing Lessons: 

The lessons start promptly at 7 PM
Beginner Intro class from 7 - 7:30 PM Monthly Series class from 7:30-8:30 PM 
Join us for fun with clever moves each week.
Join us at 8:30 for dancing until 10 PM
 
Admission (Cash) is
$10 for Lesson drop-in's
or $5 for Open Dancing at 8:30 PM.
Bring a partner or come alone;
all ages and skill levels are welcome.

Our lessons focus on the 8 count rhythms of Lindy Hop and Charleston. Come learn for the first time, or add cool moves to what you already know.
We always do something fun, so come dance your feet off.
 
Social Dancing:

The floor will be open for social dancing from 8:30 PM - 10 PM.

Lindy Hop is an exciting, energetic form of swing dancing that is tons of fun for everyone. Do not take this warning lightly - Lindy Hop is completely addictive! Come once, and you'll be here every week!

Dress for comfort, and, if possible, wear leather soled or fairly smooth soled shoes.

Join us every Monday night for the most fun you've had in months.

May 28: Birmingham Swing Dancers -- Music by Edd Jones Orchestra, a big band composed of talented and versatile musicians specializing in music for swing dancing and known for their ability to please the varied tastes of the dancing public. The band has earned an enviable reputation for dynamic instrumentals and unique vocal styles. Casual attire. Light snacks, soft drinks, water & ice provided. Beginner East Coast Swing Lesson from 7:30 - 8 pm.
