SALSA FIT CLASSES !!!
7:00 Monday & Wednesday No Partner Needed
We will start with a warm up ,working on latin action technique,then get into a brisk 30 minute Salsa routine followed by a cool down !!
This great class is a fun way to learn Salsa AND burn off some of those holiday goodies....
Tuesday night is ALWAYS FUN with our beginner classes. This month we will feature Hustle at 7 and Rumba at 8
Wednesday Nights at 8:00 in February will feature an intermediate Cha Cha class taught by our own Matt Watson so grab a partner and Cha Cha Cha !!
 "Simply Social" Foxtrotthe name of the class say's it all
come and join us for this fun class that will put together a simple Foxtrot routine for you to take out on the dancefloor at our next party !! No partner necessary.
Then at 8:00 heat things up in our Rhythm Class. This class is designed to show you 5-6 patterns that can be hooked together in fun ways and used in many different rhythm dances.  Classes are $40 p.p. and just $60 for 2 classes on the same night ! No need to pre-register just plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts. Don't forget about our ALWAYS FUN 2nd & 3rd Saturday Dance Parties
